World renowned make up artist and America’s Next Top Model personality, Jay Manuel, knew what he wanted. And he chose Pat as the designer with the right stuff to turn his vision into a beautiful reality.

Some design jobs, no surprise, are wrestles with alligators. The design for this job evolved with almost no revisions.

In Manuel’s Hunter Mountain retreat, a dressing room that had been a walk through room was integrated with a bathroom — creating a larger space which incorporated the need for a combination dressing room and master bath. Custom cubby and closet cabinets were designed by Pat and Jay and made by Plain & Fancy to fit precise specifications.

Manuel’s home is both a hideaway and a gathering place, as well as a showcase for his African art collection. Now the bathroom has become an integral and stunning part of this home
